Hey, I’m Glenn. As a military kid, I moved a lot—every few years between the U.S. and Europe. Along the way, I picked up accents, cultures, and different ways of connecting with people. You could say I became a bit of a cultural chameleon.

Hey, I’m Glenn. As a military kid, I moved a lot—every few years between the U.S. and Europe. Along the way, I picked up accents, cultures, and different ways of connecting with people. You could say I became a bit of a cultural chameleon.

Music was my first love. I spent years performing, producing, and recording—whether with local bands or out on the road. Eventually, I slowed things down, started a family, and shifted into something more stable.

That’s when aviation came in. I built a solid career with major airlines, but I never left my creative side behind. I kept playing drums, bass, guitar, and singing in church, while also producing a radio program and acting in productions.

Then I found voice over. With my studio background, setting up a pro home setup came naturally. I dove into training—performance, tech, and business—determined to do it right.

Now? The kids are grown and doing their own thing, and I’ve officially retired from commercial aviation. These days, I’m fully focused on voice over, doing what I love, full-time. It’s been a wild ride, but I’m right where I’m supposed to be—and having a blast doing it

Let’s be real—just having talent and skills isn’t enough to make it in this industry. That’s why I’ve made it a point to surround myself with some of the best in the game. I’ve sought out top-tier coaches and mentors, not just for that initial foundation, but for continued growth and support as I level up.

Let’s be real—just having talent and skills isn’t enough to make it in this industry. That’s why I’ve made it a point to surround myself with some of the best in the game. I’ve sought out top-tier coaches and mentors, not just for that initial foundation, but for continued growth and support as I level up.

Here are a few of the amazing people and resources I’ve been lucky enough to work with:

  • Bill Dewees – My coach and all-around VO powerhouse. He’s a voice over artist, producer, author, and knows this industry inside and out.
  • Shelly Shenoy – An incredible advisor and voice over artist with a deep background in coaching, acting, and production.
  • Anthony Pica – One of my go-to coaches. He’s done it all—VO artist, stage actor, director, producer, and runs both AVO Journey Academy and Academy Voices.
  • Kat Siggers – A brilliant actor and coach who brings a lot of heart and expertise to every session.
  • Gabrielle Nistico – Another rockstar coach who’s helped shape my approach to voice work and business strategy.
  • AVO Journey – This training academy has been a game-changer for me. Weekly live sessions cover everything from performance to the business side of VO.
